Our sterilization rolls are designed for use in the steam, ethylene oxide, formaldehyde, and plasma sterilization process, to protect sterile instruments during storage and transport. The pleat provides them with volume, offering added comfort in handling the trays and heavy instruments during the sterilization procedure. They are made from durable, high-quality materials, while providing clear visibility for easy identification of the contents.
Thermal sealing makes them easy to use, ensuring that items remain sterilized until they are ready for use. Easy sealing with any type of sealing machine. Sealing temperature: 170-200°C at a pressure value between 40-100N.
Inpoint Duo sterilization rolls come in various sizes, allowing for optimal sterilization of each type of instrument.
Inpoint Duo sterilization rolls are made from: one side of Kraft medical paper (with a thickness of 62/68/70/80/90/100/110 g/m) and one represented by the transparent multi-layer CPP + PET film.
EXTERNAL and INTERNAL Type 5 INTEGRATOR indicators (class 1), indicators of the sterilization process, are water-based inks, non-toxic, in accordance with ISO 11140-1. They are applied to the surface of the paper and allow differentiation between sterilized packages and those that have not yet undergone the sterilization process. They change color as a result of the sterilization process, thus indicating the completion of the procedure. The indicator used in the production of plate rolls is classified as a Class 1 type indicator according to the ISO11140-1 standard.
Product manufactured in accordance with the EN ISO 13485:2016, EN868-5, and ISO11607 standards. It also meets the requirements of ISO 14079, EN 556-1, EN 980, EN 1041, ISO 20417:2021, ISO 14971:2019, ISO 15882:2008, ISO 15223-1:2012.
